Volunteers rally to assist victims of Spain's devastating floods

Volunteers sprang into action on Friday to assist victims of Spain’s deadly floods, which have claimed more than 200 lives. Residents of Valencia and surrounding suburbs braved transportation challenges to deliver food, water, and other necessities to the worst-affected areas, where survivors are struggling without power or running water.
