Australia's Brett Robinson elected new World Rugby chairman

Australian Brett Robinson was elected chairman of World Rugby on Thursday after he defeated French rival Abdelatif Benazzi by two votes. The new chairman pledged to invest in “player safety, law reform and innovation”.
